1. You promise not to hold OtterSupport or its personnel or The Small Businessman responsible for any and all problems you may attribute to using OtterSupport. In return, OtterSupport commits to giving you great service to the best of its ability. If you decide for some reason that you don't like the service, you may discontinue it at anytime for a full refund of your last service call increments. However, OtterSupport also reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Use OtterSupport at your own risk. Due to reasons beyond its control, primarily due to the complexities of software and operating system or hardware designs, OtterSupport cannot guarantee successful results in all instances. However, OtterSupport agrees not to charge for unsuccessful results. If the customer insists that OtterSupport attempt a remedy where OtterSupport is not reasonably certain of the outcome, no refund for the attempt may be offered. Refund legitimacy will be left to the descretion of the technician. We aim to please and stake our business success on your satisfaction.
2. OtterSupport goes out of its way to protect your personal
information within the law. You agree not to hold OtterSupport.com or
the Small Businessman responsible for any and all security leaks
stemming from your computer.
3. Customers may not demand any compensation for data lost or damaged
at any time beyond the amount paid for services. There will be no
refunds for equipment that may be purchased by OtterSupport on your
behalf unless agreed upon by OtterSupport.com.
4. In accepting OtterSupport services you agree to these
